These terms and conditions are a working draft and are subject to legal review. They outline PRN’s intended terms of use. A finalised version will replace this document before full public launch.
By accessing or using the Paranormal Response Network platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
PRN is an evidence-led investigation and research platform. Content on PRN relates to reported and alleged phenomena. PRN does not claim to prove or disprove the existence of paranormal activity. All case records represent documented reports, not confirmed events.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Accounts are for individual use — one account per person. Accounts must not be shared with other individuals.
Users must not submit fabricated reports, falsified evidence, or deliberately misleading case data. Users must not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or platform staff. Users must not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform without authorisation. Users must not use the platform for commercial purposes without written permission from PRN.
By submitting reports, case data, or other content to PRN, you grant PRN a licence to store, display, and use that content for platform purposes including research and investigation. You retain ownership of your original content. PRN may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
PRN platform design, branding, and original content are the property of the Paranormal Response Network. Research material, case records, and library content may carry individual attribution and rights as noted within each record.
PRN is provided as-is. PRN does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reports or case data. PRN is not liable for decisions made based on platform content. Investigation activities conducted by users are undertaken entirely at their own risk. PRN is not an emergency service.
PRN may update these terms and conditions as the platform develops. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
