Hall concluded that Price fabricated some phenomena, that Marianne Foyster faked others and later admitted doing so, and that natural causes (unusual acoustics, vermin) accounted for the remainder. Marianne Foyster subsequently admitted she had seen no apparitions and had fabricated incidents as practical jokes and to conceal an extramarital relationship.
No physical structure survives. Documented as one of the most thoroughly debunked "haunted house" claims in the history of psychical research.
